Barbara Sardinha

Maître Bárbara Sardinha is a Brazilian lawyer since 2008, with solid experience in Civil Law, Private International Law, and Real Estate Law. Recognized for her expertise in representing international clients, she has developed over the years a practice focused on managing complex transnational legal matters.

Established in France, she completed her legal education at Université Panthéon-Assas – Sorbonne Paris II, where she obtained a Diplôme Supérieur Universitaire (DSU) in International Civil and Private Law (2019/2020), a Master’s Degree (M2) in French and European Law (2020/2021), and a Master’s Degree (M2) in Real Estate and Construction Law (2021/2022).

Her professional experience in Paris includes positions within the international departments of renowned law firms, before being admitted to the Paris Bar (Barreau de Paris) in September 2023. Since then, she has practiced independently from her office located at 5 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 – Paris.

A member of the France–Brazil Chamber of Commerce, Maître Bárbara Sardinha focuses her practice on Private International Law—particularly international successions and divorces—and International Real Estate Law, providing strategic legal counsel to a distinguished Franco-Brazilian and international clientele.
